Mark Tompkins is the matchday commentator. He's covered numerous Royals games for Reading 107, and also commentates for UEFA and covers golfing events around Europe.
Michael Gilkes gained his reputation as a Royals legend making over 400 appearances for Reading over thirteen years and scoring 43 goals, before being sold to Wolves in 1997.
Barry Hunter is a former Royals defender and Northern Ireland international, playing for Reading for five years between 1996 and 2001. He has recently had management spells at Rushden & Diamonds, and Swindon Town.
